The underlying records contain identifying information about a minor child, third-party professionals, and family court matters that are subject to publication restrictions under family law. Who the mother named in her filings
Each of the following professionals was the subject of a formal false allegation or complaint by the mother that the court, regulator, or arbitrator subsequently rejected or dismissed.
The child's pediatrician
Falsely alleged to have called COVID-19 a hoax in 2020. The arbitrator found the claim not credible and called the mother a doctor shopper.
A police detective
Falsely alleged to have been hired by the father to spy on the mother. The court dismissed the claim as unsupported on December 2, 2015.
Court-appointed psychologist
The subject of a regulatory complaint built around the mother's belief that the father's claimed ADHD should disqualify him from 50/50 custody. Cleared April 29, 2020.
The father's twin sister
A substitute teacher and the father's twin sister, falsely accused by the mother of sexually abusing the child in December 2016. Seven years later, she has not been able to return to her teaching job.
Professional supervisors
Falsely accused by the mother of participating in the abuse during supervised visits. The agency responded with a six-page rebuttal and 900 pages of supervisor notes. The agency ultimately closed down, in part as a result of the mother's false accusations.
The mother's own lawyer
Openly criticized by the judge at a settlement conference on November 22, 2017 for failing to restrain the mother's repeated false allegations.
